Training program

- 8 swimming sessions in a 1h30 pool
  (Mornings 9:00-10:30 am and Evenings 6:00-7:30 pm)
- 1 morning off Thursday
- 1 afternoon off Tuesday
- 1 to 2 walks non-mandatory

- Unsupervised activities : Cross-country skiing, Downhill skiing, Snowshoeing, Shopping....

ACCOMMODATION RESTAURATION

- Accommodation in hotel rooms depending on the formula chosen

- Nearby on foot from the swimming pool in the center of the Sestrières resort (50m walk)
