Between plains, volcanoes and lakes, Châtel-Guyon offers an exceptional training ground for triathletes and swimmers wishing to progress in an unspoilt environment.
This course combines swimming, cycling and running in an exceptionally rich natural setting, in the heart of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne.
Participants alternate between technical training, outdoor sessions and team building. The atmosphere is friendly, sporty and motivating - perfect for breaking new ground before the start of the school year or preparing for a competition (Ironman, 70.3, or personal goals).
Accommodation is free, to enable everyone to choose their level of comfort.

- Châtel-Guyon municipal swimming pool heated outdoor pool (25 m)
- Gour de Tazenat A natural site for open-water swimming
- Châtel-Guyon Stadium 400 m ashy track
- Bike route Combrailles roads, Limagne plain, Puys chain
- Running trail: trac singles in the Sans Soucis and Prades valleys
- 5 swimming sessions, including 1 in open water at Gour de Tazenat
- 2 to 3 cycling outings on a variety of roads (plains, passes, technical sequences)
- 2 to 4 running sessions on track or trail (Triathon or Swimrun option)
- 1 triathlon or 1 full swimrun at the end of the course

- Accustoming the body to the combined practice of the 3 disciplines
- Working on motor efficiency and transitions
- Develop endurance and training volume
- Adapt to different types of terrain: plains, hills, tracks
