This week in Sicily enabled me to improve my open water swimming technique thanks to Vincent and Hugo's innovative and personalized approach.

The combination of swimming in the Olympic pool and in the sea allows us to progress and measure our progress.
Yoga sessions help to absorb the shock of this intense week.

I had the opportunity to take part in a swimming course organized by NAGE LIBRE® and the experience was beyond reproach. The organization was perfectly structured, and the instructors were competent, available and attentive to the needs of each participant. The sessions, adapted to each participant's level, enabled me to make progress while maintaining a friendly and motivating atmosphere.
A course that was both technical and educational, and very rewarding in human terms. I highly recommend it!
