Description :Visit FREE SWIMMING course Pampelonne 2026 is a total immersion in sea swimming, nature and conviviality, supervised by passionate trainers and experienced athletes. technical training, exploration of Ramatuelle's emblematic capes, yoga and relaxation in the heart of the Sentier des Pins vacation village.

Highlights :

Day 1

Opening swim in the Bay of Pampelonne - discovering the site and first sensations.

Day 2

Morning jog, swim to the statue of Brigitte Bardot, then cross Cap Camarat.

Day 3

A magical sunrise crossing of Cap Taillat, poolside yoga and technical work in the 25 m pool.

Day 4

Sunrise swim from Bonne Terrasse beach, festive closing brunch.

  • Audience: All levels from age 16 - experienced swimmers, triathletes, open water enthusiasts.
  • Supervision : NAGE LIBRE France coaches - safety at sea ensured by a specialized team.
  • Objective: Progress, recharge, share.

Set in unspoilt natural surroundings, the vacation village Le Sentier des Pins offers an ideal setting for combining sport, relaxation and conviviality. Nestled in the heart of a pine forest, right next to the sea, it offers comfortable, functional accommodation, perfectly suited to hosting groups, sporting events and training courses.

The site features 25-metre pool suitable for swimming, This is the perfect setting for training sessions, technical workshops and active recovery time.

Dylan is 27 years old and has been swimming since he was 5. 
- Swimmer for 17 years, He then went on to professionalize at the CREPS in Vichy (BPJEPS AAN), where he met Vincent ARGILLIER as a trainer.
- For the past 8 years, he became a professional swimmer and coach throughout France.
- Over time, it has acquired experience and developed a very high quality of service.
He's the latest addition to the STAFF NAGE LIBRE!

High-level coach and coach trainer [DEJEPS].
- Founder of Nage Libre, experienced swimming coach having worked at the French Triathlon Pole and in numerous swimming clubs.
- I've coached a good thirty international swimmers and triathletes. some of which are still in operation.
- After 30 years of management of top-level swimmers, I now accompany swimmers in search of adventure and sporting challenges. I'm also focusing on the means to be implemented for the development of the top level.

- 25 years old, Ponts et Chaussées engineer reconverted to sports training, I now hold a diploma in sports medicine. DEJEPS Perfectionnement sportif mention Triathlon and a BPJEPS Activités Aquatiques et Natation obtained at CREPS de Vichy.
- Originally from Clermont-Ferrand, then expatriated for 2 years in Paris and 2 years in Turin, I returned to my roots in Auvergne, where I enjoy a magnificent playground for my personal triathlon experience, and a few nights under the stars in the volcanoes! I'm fluent in English and bilingual in Italian, so I'll be your guide on your transalpine courses! Dai, Dai!

Julien BENOIST

- 45 years old, ultra-versatile in the ultra-distance: trail, triathlon and open-water.
I'm always keen to support each of my athletes in their project, no matter how crazy it may be...
- The confidence you gain in this way enables you to succeed.

Hugo ROBIN

- Long-distance triathlete for 15 years, I left my job as a banking executive to make a living from my passion for sport and transmission. Convinced of the importance of evolving outdoors to develop well-being, I chose to become a trainer of triathlon and validates my state diploma. Focused on well-being and performance by pleasure, I completed this training by becoming a teacher of Yoga Sivananda and wellness masseur. I now coach young people in triathlon clubs and adults directly or remotely, on projects ranging from fitness to Ironman or Ultra trail.
- My motto to be serious without taking oneself too seriously. Joining Nage Libre® was both an obvious choice and an achievement, because I completely share their values and their passion for spreading them. I'll do my best to pass them on to you and learn from you all. We look forward to seeing you at Nage Libre® 2022!

- True to my values and commitments, I'm a member of my first club, where it all began, from 2016 to 2019, ASPTT POITIERS, who has always supported me in my sporting and personal projects, from the Pôle Espoir in Font Romeu, to the one in Bordeaux, to my career at the INSEP where I was able to blossom at the highest French level. 
- The spirit of Nage Libre® (Free Swimming®) is similar to the one I experienced in Poitier: their investment and commitment to sport and pleasure gave me what I was looking for to continue in this performance-fulfillment project.

- With age, the notion and pleasure of gliding never wanes, and you'll even find yourself trying to refine your strokes, to learn more and more, to get to grips with the liquid element...
- So what about open water swimming?, where sensations are heightened tenfold by natural conditions, water temperature, sea or fresh water, transparent or not, chop or swell, headwind or tailwind, with or without a landmark in the distance? FREESTYLE SWIMMING® LEVEL SCALE

Whatever your level, from beginner to expert and your practice, Swimming, Triathlon, Adventures & crossings... We'll accompany you on your quest for adventure and sporting challenges!

Your mission is to swim 800 metres in the front crawl in under 25 minutes. With a little practice, you can even try your hand at open water swimming. Your goal is to complete 1500m of crawl in under 40 minutes. Don't forget that the fish are your allies!
Ready to cover 2,300 metres in an hour, braving waves and rocks without an ounce of fear. You've covered 5km like a pro, without leaving the slightest ripple in your wake.
You hurtle through the water like a cannonball. The ocean at breakneck speed and outrun even the fastest fish! > Expert level, contact us! 
Swimming lessons in the pool : Designed for Masters swimmers, those who want to improve their competitive skills and/or work on their swimming technique.
Discovery courses : For those who want to discover the world of open water and fill their eyes with the most beautiful French and foreign coastlines ...

Registration will only be validated on receipt of the 1st payment (or full payment if paid in 1 instalment). The balance must be paid at least 1 month before the start of the course. In the event of withdrawal before D-15, the trainee will either receive a credit note for 100 % of the value of the course, or will be reimbursed for 70% of the value of the course (in both cases, a deduction of €50 will be made for administration costs). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after D-15. In the event of cancellation of the course by the organizer or for health reasons, the trainee may choose between postponing his or her registration to another course or receiving a full refund.
