- Long-distance triathlete for 15 years, I left my job as a banking executive to make a living from my passion for sport and transmission. Convinced of the importance of evolving outdoors to develop well-being, I chose to become a trainer of triathlon and validates my state diploma. Focused on well-being and performance by pleasure, I completed this training by becoming a teacher of Yoga Sivananda and wellness masseur.
