Courses

Article 1 -

Our website presents the courses and weekends offered by NAGE LIBRE® STAGE, and provides you with prior information. This information covers the content of the trips (destinations, accommodation, sporting activities and additional services), dates, prices and payment terms, cancellation and contract modification conditions and travel formalities if required. Our all-inclusive prices include only the services described in the programs and price tables.

Register for our courses

Article 2 -

Register now via our forms or call us for more information.
You will receive then a confirmation of the order by mail via the address stage@nagelibre.fr. A hyper-secure payment link will be generated once the information has been collected and the options have been selected.
NAGE LIBRE® STAGE blocks registrations to 7 days before the course start date. The withdrawal period that usually applies to all distance selling does not apply to contracts for «the provision of accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services which must be submitted on a specific date or at a specific time (Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code).
For each course, the required age for participation will be indicated. Insurance for participation in the course is included in the price. Personal liability insurance is also required.

Terms of payment

Article 3 -

We only accept payment by Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal. Payment in 2 instalments is possible.

Conditions of participation

Clause 4 -

When registering for a NAGE LIBRE® course, each participant automatically becomes a member of the NAGE LIBRE® FRANCE association.
They must upload their FFN, FFTri or FFSS license online. If he/she is not a licensed swimmer, he/she must upload a medical certificate stating that he/she is not contraindicated in swimming, and will be licensed by the FFN NAGE LIBRE® FRANCE club, for an additional fee of 10 euros. Depending on the health regulations in force at the time of the course, additional documents may be required (e.g. health passport).
If the customer does not have these documents at the time of registration, they have 10 days to add the missing documents to their NAGE LIBRE® STAGE account.

Conditions for cancellation and interruption of the stay by the customer

Article 5 -

If the customer cancels before 45 days, an avoir will be valid for one year from the date of payment and can be used in one go.
A €90 handling fee will be deducted from this credit note.

If the customer cancels within 45 days of the course date, there will be no refund. However, you will be asked to draw up a cancellation certificate so that your insurer can be informed of the reasons for cancellation.

Cancellation and modification by NAGE LIBRE® stage

Article 6 -
The realization of a course or a weekend is conditioned by the number of registered participants. If the number of participants falls below the break-even point, NAGE LIBRE® STAGE may be obliged to cancel the course. In this case, NAGE LIBRE® STAGE will inform the participant as soon as possible. The participant would then have the choice of postponing his or her registration for a similar stay or receiving a full refund of the sums paid, excluding booking fees (€50).
NAGE LIBRE® STAGE may be obliged, in the event of exceptional circumstances or a major impediment, to modify the location of the stay, a program or its services as well as its dates. The new service will be of equal or greater value than the previous one and no financial compensation will be requested from the participant. If the participant decides not to take part in the modified stay, he/she may choose to postpone his/her registration to a later course.

Rules and regulations for NAGE LIBRE® courses

Article 7 -
NAGE LIBRE® STAGE stays are sports-oriented. The values of sharing, pooling experience and protecting and respecting the environment are paramount during our trips.
Each participant undertakes to respect these values and the general spirit of the course. Their behavior must not interfere with the smooth running of the group. Each participant undertakes to respect the guidelines and recommendations, particularly those concerning safety, given by the supervisors throughout the stay.
During training courses, LIBRE® SWIMMING FRANCE cannot be held responsible for what may happen during free time outside the framework of training sessions given by the association's qualified trainers.
Should a participant behave in a way that jeopardizes the group's safety or moral standards, the course leaders may ask him/her to leave the course. In this case, no refund will be made.

Insurance

Article 8 -

NAGE LIBRE® FRANCE stays are insured through the NAGE LIBRE® FRANCE association.
Course participants must be covered by third-party liability insurance.
In the event of a claim that does not involve the organizer's professional liability, the organizer's declaration must be signed by the organiser.

Article 9 -

Any medical expenses incurred during the stay are the responsibility of the trainee.

Using the image

Article 10 -

NAGE LIBRE® STAGE reserves the right to use photos or videos of participants taken during its stays to illustrate its own communication media (website, social networks, catalog...), those of its partners or press articles. The participant accepts that TV, radio or press reports may be made during the stays, and that he/she may be interviewed. These reports may be broadcast by any means and on any medium.
If the participant objects to any of the above, he/she must specify this in the appropriate section.

Article 11 -

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act N° 78-17 of January 6, 78, you have the right to access and rectify any personal information concerning you that NAGE LIBRE® STAGE may need to process for the purposes of its activities.
