If he\/she is not a licensed swimmer, he\/she must upload a medical certificate stating that he\/she is not contraindicated in swimming, and will be licensed by the FFN NAGE LIBRE\u00ae FRANCE club, for an additional fee of 10 euros. If the number of participants falls below the break-even point, NAGE LIBRE\u00ae STAGE may be obliged to cancel the course. In this case, NAGE LIBRE\u00ae STAGE will inform the participant as soon as possible. The participant would then have the choice of postponing his or her registration for a similar stay or receiving a full refund of the sums paid, excluding booking fees (\u20ac50).<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">NAGE LIBRE\u00ae STAGE may be obliged, in the event of exceptional circumstances or a major impediment, to modify the location of the stay, a program or its services as well as its dates. The new service will be of equal or greater value than the previous one and no financial compensation will be requested from the participant. The values of sharing, pooling experience and protecting and respecting the environment are paramount during our trips.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Each participant undertakes to respect these values and the general spirit of the course. Their behavior must not interfere with the smooth running of the group. Each participant undertakes to respect the guidelines and recommendations, particularly those concerning safety, given by the supervisors throughout the stay.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>During training courses, <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">LIBRE\u00ae SWIMMING<\/span> FRANCE cannot be held responsible for what may happen during free time outside the framework of training sessions given by the association's qualified trainers.<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Should a participant behave in a way that jeopardizes the group's safety or moral standards, the course leaders may ask him\/her to leave the course.
